Individual Permits

Polsaf will accept application for membership from individuals ( not members of an afilliated club ) providing the following criteria are met.
The applicant:
Is over 18
Holds personal liability insurance for angling in the amount of £5,ooo,ooo
Has read and signed a copy of the " Polsaf / Peel Ports" agreement.
Can attend Maritime House in Seaforth for identity confirmation and photograph.
Forwards a cheque for £40.00 payable to Polsaf, a signed copy of the agreement, a copy of insurance. And a stamped self addressed envelope.
To, address to be confirmed
The applicant will then recieve appointment details to have the photograph taken and pass issued.
A copy of the insurance for 2015 will be required in January of 2015 before the second year pass is issued.
