I have just joined POLSAF, as I would like to do some shore Angling in the Merseyside area. I have limited experience of shore angling and any tips, advice would be gratefully received. Also information on local marks worth a visit,/permits etc . I am 68 years old so am not up to cliff climbing, but I am able to get most places.
