You should pay your club for your pass, and your club should pay this money into the POLSAF Account. Then you should follow the process below to obtain your pass.
The ISPS office will check your application against a list of authorised pass holders and will only then issue you a pass.
When completing an application most details are personal information, but you should use the following details as well to identify you as a POLSAF applicant.
• Job title : POLSAF Angler
• Employer : < your club name>
• Authorising contact : POLSAF Secretary sec@POLSAF.co.uk
• Reason for access : Fishing
You can complete the entire process, apart from paying, by attending the ISPS office with your passport and V5.

✅ STAGE 2: How to receive your ISPS Pass
You have two options for submitting documents and collecting your pass:
Option 1: Attend in Person
Visit the ISPS Pass Office with the following documents:
• The ID used during your application (Driving Licence or Passport)
• For new vehicle passes: Proof of ownership (V5) or a valid insurance certificate.
No documents are required for vehicle pass renewals.
Office Hours: Monday to Thursday, 07:30–15:00 Closed for lunch: 12:00–12:30
Option 2: Submit by Email
Send your documents to ISPS@peelports.com including:
• A copy of the ID used in your application (Driving Licence or Passport)
• A copy of your vehicle ownership proof (V5) or insurance certificate for new vehicle passes. No documents are required for vehicle pass renewals.
• Your preferred method of pass collection:
- Collect from ISPS Office (see hours above)
✅ Important Reminder
When collecting your ISPS Pass—whether from the ISPS Office you must bring the same ID used during registration. We cannot issue your pass without verifying your identity. Thank you for your cooperation.
